Chickpea Burmese Tofu Salad - Featuring our homemade chick pea tofu made from slow simmered gram flour, with cabbage, fried garlic slices, cilantro, shredded kaffir lime leaf, red chili flakes and tamarind sauce. Cripsy Bean Sprout and Shrimp Salad - A tempura made of shrimp and bean sprouts topped with cabbage, cucumber, cilantro and served with tamarind chili sauce.
